Campus Recreation

Feeling antsy? At Carolina there are limitless ways to get out and play.

Downward dog in an art gallery, find your footing on 5,000 square feet of indoor climbing walls and join the Jingle Bell Jog to promote wellness and help a local charity. Pick up a game of hoops, hit the sand for a volleyball match, swim laps before dawn or dance away study fatigue at a Zumba class.

Challenging ropes courses, outdoor leadership learning opportunities and disc golf are all available at the Outdoor Education Center.

Intramural sports aren’t just for students and range from the obvious (soccer, tennis) to the obscure (pickle ball, inner tube water polo).

Campus Recreation has activities that meet the needs of students with all kinds of interests and physical capabilities. Visit the Campus Recreation website for more information.
