After reviewing delegations of authority at the request of the Board of Governors, the University’s Board of Trustees voted on potential changes at a special meeting Oct. 7.
We will convene spaces across campus staffed with experts from Counseling and Psychological Services (CAPS), the Department of Psychiatry, School of Medicine and School of Social Work. We encourage students, faculty and staff to come together, process their feelings and talk about their experiences.
The proclamation acknowledges that the University is built on the homelands and villages of the region’s Indigenous peoples, who were the land’s first inhabitants and caretakers.
