    UNC Asian American Center

    Founded in 2020, the center — located at the corner of Cameron Avenue and Wilson Street — is a space for Carolina students, faculty and staff to learn about Asian American identity through resources and programming, like visiting scholars and guest lecturers.

    Since its founding in 2003, the UNC LGBTQ Center has fostered an inclusive environment for Tar Heels of all sexual orientations, gender identities and gender expressions to create a stronger and more welcoming campus for students.

    Graduate and Professional Student Appreciation Week

    Carolina’s nearly 12,000 graduate and professional students aren’t just in the classroom to learn. While they spend hours in the classroom becoming masters in their field, they also teach courses, serve as mentors who inspire our undergraduates every day, make life-changing discoveries through their research and build a campus community stronger for all students.
