Behind the banner
Take a sneak peek at the Class of 2023's new logo ahead of this evening's New Student Convocation.
Throughout the summer, members of the Class of 2023 voted on a logo for a banner that would hang in the Student Union’s Great Hall for the next four years — a recent tradition led by the General Alumni Association.
Tonight, at New Student Convocation, the selected logo will be unveiled for the first time.
The event will be held at Carmichael Arena at 7 p.m. Anson Dorrance, the National Soccer Hall of Famer who has led the Carolina women’s soccer team to 22 championship titles, will deliver the event’s keynote speech.
