Beginning a new journey
More than 2,300 University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill students will begin a new chapter of their lives Dec. 16 as their degrees are conferred at the University’s annual Winter Commencement. The ceremony, held at the Dean E. Smith Center at 2 p.m., will celebrate students who graduated in August and December.
Former Vice Chancellor for Student Affairs Winston B. Crisp will deliver the ceremony’s commencement address.
I am humbled by the opportunity to be this year’s Winter Commencement speaker and consider it an honor and privilege.
